Ms. Maryam Sherafat Moula, the founder of Moula Legal Services, is a paralegal member of the Law Society of Upper Canada (P1) in Canada and a full lawyer member of the Law Society of Tehran in Iran. Moreover Ms. Moula has been recognized as an expert of Iranian Law in Ontario Courts. Thus our office provides a unique one stop solution for many cross-border legal matters. Our office works in partnership with experienced Canadian and Iranian lawyers who are experts in various fields of law in order to serve all of our clients' needs under one roof. Any legal work that is outside the P1 scope of work is handled by licensed Canadian lawyers.
